weekend wonder words

although the busy week may have prevented daily posts, luckily friday always allows for some weekend wonder words. this one by the amazing and talented matthew scott drake.

Today is now, what was your tomorrow..
and Today is now, what will be your yesterday.
Live your Today so that your tomorrow would have been worth looking forward to..
and live your Today so that your yesterday is worth remembering.

    thanks for stopping by my blog today:)

    so far i told one of my girlfriends i loved her shirt then i told another girlfriend her arms were looking quite slender(haha)
    I also thanked the dry cleaner dude for doing such a good job taking in my skirt :)

    & it's only 4:30.... i think i can do a bit more.

    A slightly more pessimistic version of this quote from T.S. Eliot:

    Time present and time past
    Are both perhaps present in time future,
    And time future contained in time past.
    If all time is eternally present
    All time is unredeemable.

    Though I know TSE would frown, whose to say we can't remember the last line as "all time is redeemable?"
